Our Story

For Nesrine, pastry started simply — in her parents’ garage, fueled by boundless curiosity and a deep love for sweets. What began as a passion quickly became a calling. Word of mouth and social media revealed her talent and delicate universe, guided by one constant: the respect for French pastry expertise. 

In 2020, she earned her French Pastry CAP, and later perfected her skills in Paris, specializing in trompe-l’œil, a discipline requiring both precision and imagination. This specialization is now one of the highlights of their new boutique, showcasing the creativity and excellence of French pastry. 

Alongside her husband Ali, they then brought to life their first pastry shop in Guadalajara, Mexico. Their boutique quickly became a huge success, a symbol of a four-handed collaboration where passion meetsteamwork: he brings rigor and strength; she brings finesse and creativity. Together, they have also trained aspiring pastry chefs, believing that the art of pastry is meant to be shared and passed on. 

Today, Nesrine and Ali are writing a new chapter in Omaha, Nebraska, where they are preparing to open their next boutique. Their goal: to introduce American dessert lovers to the authenticity and elegance of French pastry, through original, refined, and heartfelt creations. 

In addition, Nesrine also offers beginner and intermediate pastry classes, sharing her passion and expertise with anyone eager to learn or improve their culinary skills. 

For them, pastry is not just about recipes — it is a story of passion, sharing, and dreams brought to life. Every dessert they create is a promise: a taste journey between France and their experiences around the world, crafted with love.
